Physician / Hospitalist / Maryland / Locum tenens / Physician / Hospitalist

A locum tenens Nocturnist and/or Hospitalist position is available just over an hour from Washington D.C. and Baltimore. You shall work with two other Nocturnists and a mid-level (shifts triple covered) each night shift, and a second Hospitalist during the day shifts. Shift times are either 7 am to 7 pm, 4 pm to 4 am or 7 pm to 7 am. Flex scheduling is available. You can expect 13-14 admits per evening and 3-4 admits per day shifts with overall patient volume of 15-18. In addition, procedures and codes are required.
