Hospitalist - Burlington, MABoard Certified / Board Eligible Internal or Family Medicine•Opportunity to join a leading team within a 350-bed teaching hospital •Full-time daytime hospitalist positions available •Collaborative, team-oriented environment with 40+ physicians and 20 advanced practice providers •Flexible hybrid scheduling options, including 7 on/7 off and standard daytime schedules •Manageable patient volume aligned with Society of Hospital Medicine (SHM) recommended ranges •Democratic and collegial group culture where physician input and contributions are valued •Strong focus on delivering exceptional, patient-centered care •Qualifications: oResidency training in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine oStrong academic credentials oCommitment to high-quality patient care oTeam-oriented with a professional demeanor •Benefits: oCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits package oInterview and relocation expense reimbursement oAssistance with licensing, visa, and credentialing •Compensation: oBase salary range: $240,000 - $316,000 annually oEligibility for performance-based incentives, including productivity and quality bonuses oFinal compensation based on experience, training, location, and other applicable factors
