Clinical Role: Medical Director - Hospital Medicine
Role Overview
- Lead and manage the Hospital Medicine team in a full-time day-shift leadership role
- Provide oversight for inpatient care delivery, performance metrics, and quality initiatives
- Collaborate with administrative and clinical teams to implement best practices
- Support recruitment, retention, and training efforts
- Use Epic EMR for documentation and workflow
- Hours: Approximately 40-50 hours/week
- Days: Monday-Friday
- No weekends or on-call responsibilities
- Board Certification: Required (or within 2 years of eligibility)
- Experience: Must have prior Hospital Medicine leadership experience; no fresh graduates
- Candidates Not Accepted: Locum tenens, visa sponsorship
- Salary: Competitive annual salary
- Incentive: $25,000 sign-on bonus
