Pay & Benefits

• Compensation: $296,400 (0.71 FTE) or $328,320 (0.780 FTE) + bonus incentives
• Hourly Rate: $1.00/hour (for additional clinical hours)
• Additional Pay: Extra clinical hours at $190/hour

What You'll Do

• Provide 24/7 in-house obstetrics hospitalist coverage within a high-acuity environment
• Manage OB triage and respond to patient transports
• Assist with cesarean sections and postpartum inpatient rounding
• Conduct gynecologic emergency evaluations
• Collaborate with Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists in shared rounding
• Coordinate care supported by Level III NICU, 24-hour anesthesia, neonatology, pediatric hospitalist coverage
• Work alongside a dedicated GYN surgical team for surgical management
• Deliver comprehensive high-volume obstetric care to diverse patient populations

What You Need

• Current California medical license
• Board Certified or Eligible in OB-GYN
• Minimum 2+ years of obstetrics/hospitalist experience
• Key skills: excellent interpersonal, crisis management, and teamwork abilities
