- Weekly direct deposit
- Malpractice insurance with tail coverage
- Supportive credentialing assistance
- Lodging and mileage reimbursement
- Flexible scheduling
- Provide inpatient pediatric care, including ventilatory management and attending high-risk deliveries and C-sections
- Manage acute and chronic ventilation for pediatric patients
- Perform pediatric intubations and central line placements
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Required certifications: ABLS, BLS, PALS
- Experience in pediatric inpatient care preferred
- Must be able to drive to the location (drive-in candidates only)
- Primarily weekends
- 24-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM
- Up to 15 days per month
- Proficient in pediatric inpatient care procedures
- Ability to manage PICU-level care preferred
- Skilled in attending high-risk deliveries and ventilatory management
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
