Join a collaborative and well-established hospital medicine team serving the growing community of Oakdale, California. This leadership opportunity offers a strong clinical support structure, a balanced schedule, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in a community-focused hospital setting.

You will work alongside a dedicated team of 4 hospitalist physicians and 2 advanced practice providers at Oak Valley District Hospital, while collaborating closely with emergency medicine physicians and specialty consultants.
Position Highlights

• Leadership role within a respected hospital medicine program
• 7-on / 7-off block schedule
• 12-hour shifts
• Open ICU environment
• Supportive emergency medicine team available for airway management and intubations
• No procedures required, though procedural skills are welcomed
• Responsibilities include admissions, rounding, rapid responses, and code blue management

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Minimum of 3 years of hospitalist experience
• Prior leadership experience in hospital medicine required
• Strong clinical, communication, and team-building skills

Compensation & Benefits

• $2,000 per day shift
• $2,200 per night shift
• Approximate annual earnings of $382,200-$400,000 plus administrative stipend
• Additional productivity and quality incentives available
