Join a dedicated team at a 269-bed community hospital in beautiful Pueblo, Colorado!
As a part of the experienced UCHealth Medical Group, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality obstetric and gynecologic care while fostering meaningful connections with patients and colleagues alike. Help us make extraordinary care possible in our vibrant community!
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive in-house obstetric care, including labor management, deliveries, obstetric triage, gynecologic consultations, emergent gynecologic surgeries, and management of acute clinical issues.
• Enjoy a sustainable schedule of 7 to 8 twenty-four-hour shifts per month.
• Practice in a community hospital with approximately 140 deliveries per month.
• Collaborate with a Level II-B NICU team providing care for newborns delivered at 31 weeks' gestation and beyond.
• Work alongside experienced CNMs every shift and be supported by dedicated OB/GYN back-up coverage.
• Utilize a fully integrated Epic electronic medical record platform for seamless coordination of care.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (0-5 years of residency) in OB/GYN.
• Colorado license (or willingness to obtain).
• Clean malpractice history (highly preferred).
• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active).
• Requirements for visa support (J1 or H1B) noted in submission.
• DEA (must be obtained prior to start).

License and Certification Requirements:

• Current Board Certification/Eligibility in OB/GYN.
• Colorado medical license (or willingness to obtain).
• DEA registration prior to start date.
