Coral Springs, Florida South Florida
Employed Established Hospital-Based OB Program
Projected Compensation: $150 per Hour + Comprehensive Benefits
She Recruits is partnering with a major South Florida health system to recruit Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN physicians for an established, nationally supported OB Hospitalist program in Coral Springs.
This is a structured Labor & Delivery model designed to enhance patient safety, improve maternal outcomes, and provide consistent in-house obstetrical expertise.
The Opportunity
As an OB Hospitalist, you will serve as an in-house clinical leader on Labor & Delivery, ensuring that every pregnant patient presenting to the hospital receives immediate, high-quality care.
This role allows you to focus entirely on hospital-based obstetrics - without outpatient practice responsibilities - while working within a collaborative team environment.
Clinical Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological care
Deliver direct care to high-risk obstetrical patients
Manage obstetrical emergencies with autonomy and confidence
Participate in daily Labor & Delivery board rounds
Serve as Safety Officer on Labor & Delivery
Collaborate with community OB/GYN physicians and midwives
Provide clinical support and coverage when appropriate
Promote standardized safety and quality initiatives
Schedule & Work Structure
Primarily 24-hour shifts
Some 12-hour or mixed-shift options available
Full-time physicians typically work 5-9 (24-hour) shifts per 28-day block
Approximately 19-23 days off per month
No traditional call responsibilities
No office management duties
Benefit eligibility begins with a commitment of five shifts per 28-day block.
This structure provides predictable income and meaningful work/life balance.
Compensation & Benefits
$150 per hour guaranteed

MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
