Position Overview

A well-established healthcare system in North Texas is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB Hospitalist to join a high-volume, collaborative obstetrics team. This role offers a balanced schedule, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to work in a modern labor and delivery environment serving a diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric care, including triage, admissions, labor management, and postpartum care
• Perform vaginal and cesarean deliveries
• Manage obstetric emergencies and provide coverage for unassigned patients
• Collaborate with neonatology and maternal-fetal medicine teams
• Participate in OB emergency response and surgical coverage
• Support inpatient OB/GYN consults and emergency department evaluations

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Active Texas medical license (or in process)
• Clean malpractice and licensure history
• DEA required before start

Compensation & Benefits

• $135/hour ( $292,000 annually) based on full-time schedule
