A well-established healthcare system in North Texas is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB Hospitalist to join a high-volume, collaborative obstetrics team. This role offers a balanced schedule, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to work in a modern labor and delivery environment serving a diverse patient population.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive obstetric care, including triage, admissions, labor management, and postpartum care
- Perform vaginal and cesarean deliveries
- Manage obstetric emergencies and provide coverage for unassigned patients
- Collaborate with neonatology and maternal-fetal medicine teams
- Participate in OB emergency response and surgical coverage
- Support inpatient OB/GYN consults and emergency department evaluations
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
- Active Texas medical license (or in process)
- Clean malpractice and licensure history
- DEA required before start
Compensation & Benefits
- $135/hour ( $292,000 annually) based on full-time schedule
