About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicatedDaytime Hospitalist to join our team at AdventHealth Sebring. This is a daytime hospitalist position with no night shifts, allowing for a healthy work-life balance while providing excellent patient care.

Compensation & Schedule:

• 15/16 days per month (183 shifts/year): Base salary $255,000
  
• 18 days per month: Base salary $301,000
  
• Option to pick up additional shifts for extra income
  
• RVU and quality incentives, paid monthly with a 60-day delay

Responsibilities:

• Manage a daytime patient census of 18-22 patients on average
  
• Work alongside an APP who assists with daily admissionS
  

Qualifications:

• Board-certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  
• Hospitalist experience preferred but not required
