Opportunity Overview
We are seeking board-certified or board-eligible Hospitalists (MD/DO) to join a growing inpatient program. This is a full-time opportunity offering competitive compensation, a generous sign-on bonus, and a supportive team environment with full subspecialty coverage.
Position Highlights

• Schedule: 7 on / 7 off rotation
  
• Shifts: 12-hour shifts, approx. 15 per month
  
• Call: None required
  
• Patient Load: 18-20 patients per day
  
• Support: Dedicated APPs and 24/7 subspecialty backup
  
• ICU: Open ICU with intensivist co-management available
  
• EMR: EPIC
  

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient coverage for unassigned patients presenting through the ED
  
• Manage hospital admissions, transfers, and inpatient consults
  
• Deliver comprehensive care across diverse adult populations
  
• Collaborate with intensivists and subspecialists to ensure high-quality outcomes
  

Qualifications

• MD/DO, Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine
  
• DEA, BLS, and ATLS required
  
• All experience levels welcome, including new graduates
  
• Visa sponsorship available (Direct Hire only)
