- Full-time Hospitalist or Nocturnist
- 7 days on / 7 days off
- Covers both day and night shifts (flexible rotation)
- 1.0 FTE = 24 weeks per year
- Average of 16 patient encounters per day shift
- BC/BE Internal MedicineOR
- BC/BE Family Medicine
- Minimum of 1 year Hospitalist experience
- OR completion of a Hospitalist Fellowship
- 36-bed hospital
- Level III Trauma Center
- Awarded "Top 20 Rural Hospital in the Nation"
- Patient Coverage:
- Med-Surg
- Intermediate Care level patients
- Day shifts supported by an APP partner
- Six local physician partners for scheduling flexibility
- Backed by Fargo-based team of 20+ full-time hospitalists
- Access to specialty and intensivist support
- Collaborative, community-focused environment
- Manage acute inpatient medical conditions
- Coordinate care with specialists
