Candidate RequirementsTraining
  • Residency trained in Internal Medicine OR Internal Medicine/Pediatrics - Required
Board Status
  • BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Med-Peds
Licensure
  • Active or eligible for Tennessee Medical License
Practice ModelPatient Population
  • Well-established hybrid hospitalist program (20+ years)
  • IM physicians: Adult patients only
  • Med-Peds physicians: Adult + Pediatric patients
Program Structure
  • Team of 15+ hospitalists
  • Fully established inpatient service
  • Stable, long-standing hospitalist program
Schedule Details
  • 7 days on / 7 days off
  • Day shift only (7 AM - 7 PM)
  • No overnight call
  • Predictable block scheduling
Compensation & BenefitsBase Compensation
  • $300,000 Base Salary
