Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $150/hour (equivalent to approximately $328,500 annually for full-time)
• Pay package discussed upon application

What You'll Do

• Attend approximately 60 deliveries per month at a busy, Level III NICU hospital
• Provide obstetric coverage, including delivery attendance, triage, and patient management
• Assist during surgical procedures and fetal monitoring
• Support high-risk obstetric patients in collaboration with MFM specialists
• Manage OB triage and respond to ED coverage needs
• Participate in educational activities with residents, fellows, and medical students
• Contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered team environment

What You Need
Required:

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Valid medical license for California
• At least 1 year of OB hospitalist experience preferred

Preferred:

• Experience working in a high-volume obstetric setting
• Ability to work flexible, 24-hour shifts
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
