Hospitalist Physician Opportunity - Brattleboro, VermontSeeking a board-certified/board-eligible Hospitalist Physician to join Brattleboro Memorial Hospital (BMH) in Brattleboro, VT Äî a not-for-profit community hospital serving a rural population of approximately 55,000 people across Vermont, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts.Position Details

• Comprehensive inpatient medical care including admissions, daily rounds, and discharges
• Evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic medical conditions
• Coordination with specialists, primary care physicians, and ancillary services
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, imaging, and laboratory work
• Emergency response including codes and rapid response
• Participation in quality improvement initiatives and hospital committees
• Patient and family education regarding medical conditions and care plans
• No procedures required
• Weekend, holiday, and call schedules: Rotating
• J1-Visa candidates will be considered
Qualifications
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active and unrestricted Vermont state medical license
• Valid Vermont DEA license
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Vent management experience required
• Experience running codes required
• 2 Äì3 years of Hospitalist experience preferred
• Rural health experience preferred but not required

Compensation
• $300,000 Äì $350,000 annually
