Pay & Benefits
- Pay package: $291,000 - $324,000 annually, plus potential quality and productivity bonuses

What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care overnight, including labor management, deliveries, postpartum, and triage
- Manage gynecologic consults for acute issues during nocturnist shifts
- Perform urgent assessments and interventions for obstetric and gynecologic patients
- Collaborate with a team of OB/GYN physicians and advanced practice providers
- Support complex case management and communication with day teams for smooth handoffs
- Document all interactions and procedures using an Epic EMR system
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols in the OB unit
- Handle emergency obstetric situations, including rapid response for maternal or fetal complications
- Assist in training or mentoring residents/APPs during shifts (if applicable)
- Contribute to hospital committee work or process improvements as needed
What You Need
- Valid OB/GYN board certification
- Current medical license in Colorado or ability to obtain one
- Experience in inpatient obstetric care highly preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and crisis-management skills
- Ability to work flexible night hours in a hospital environment
