Job Description StaffMed Health Partners is recruiting a Primary Care Physician for one of the nation's largest physician-led post-acute care organizations at a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Tucson, Arizona.

Practice Highlights/Qualifications:
• Provide primary care to patients in a post-acute skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting
• Manage complex medical patients transitioning from hospital to rehabilitation
• Round on patients daily with collaborative interdisciplinary care teams
• Work alongside nurse practitioners, therapists, social workers, and nursing staff
• Monday-Friday day schedule with shared call responsibilities
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required
• MD/DO from accredited medical school required
• Completion of ACGME-accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency required
• Active or eligible for Arizona medical license
• New graduates and experienced physicians welcome
