What You'll Do:

• Lead a team of 3 Pediatric Hospitalists, providing clinical oversight and mentorship
• Supervise newborn nursery care with NICU support from Pediatrix Neonatologists
• Participate in 24/7 on-call coverage utilizing a round and go model, with calls from home
• Perform circumcisions and other pediatric procedures as needed
• Offer expert pediatric consultations to the Emergency Department for timely assessments and treatment planning
• Collaborate with Neonatologists and other healthcare providers to deliver coordinated, high-quality patient care
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research to enhance patient outcomes
• Foster a collaborative team environment and promote best practices across the department

What You Need:

• Ohio Medical License and Board Certification in Pediatrics
• Minimum 5 years of Pediatric hospitalist experience, leadership experience preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Leadership qualities and a commitment to continuous improvement
