Academic Hospitalist - Internal MedicineLocation: Dothan, AlabamaMD/DO, Board Certified in Internal MedicineJoin a growing academic team offering a blend of inpatient care and resident teaching in a modern, supportive environment. Position Highlights:•Full-time, inpatient-focused role (avg. 14-15 shifts/month)•10% protected admin/teaching time•Teaching and mentorship of residents & med students•Single location - no travel required•Opportunity for academic appointmentCompensation & Benefits:•Competitive salary + bonus potential•$100,000 signing bonus•Student loan repayment (PSLF eligible)•Paid malpractice with tail•CME and dues allowance•Full benefits: health, vision, dental, life, disability, and pet insurance•On-site childcare availableQualifications: •MD/DO, Board Certified in Internal Medicine•Eligible for Alabama medical license•ECFMG certification (if applicable)
