Medical Director (PM&R or Internal Medicine) - Inpatient Rehab - Sarasota, FL

$316,877-$355,052+ uncapped (FFS model)

Requirements:

Board Certified - PM&R or Internal Medicine
Minimum 2 years as an attending in an inpatient rehab facility (REQUIRED)
Florida license (or ability to obtain)
DEA required

Practice Model:

Manage inpatient rehab patients with complex medical needs
Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and case management teams
Lead quality initiatives and facility-level clinical oversight
Maintain timely, compliant documentation
