- 7 days on / 7 days off
- Flexible shifts and scheduling options
- Average of 14-17 patients per hospitalist
- BC/BE Internal MedicineOR
- BC/BE Family Medicine
- Minimum of 1 year Hospitalist experience
- OR completion of a Hospitalist fellowship
- Hospital Size: 140 beds
- ICU: Closed ICU (no ICU management)
- Procedures: None required
- Support:
- 20+ full-time hospitalists
- NP support
- Specialty support
- 24/7 intensivist coverage
- Daytime hospitalist position
- Focus on patient care without procedural responsibilities
- Collaborative, collegial team environment

- Located on the border of North Dakota and Minnesota
- Approximately 3.5 hours west of Minneapolis-St. Paul
- Fargo-Moorhead population exceeds 200,000
