- Needing coverage for DAYS and NIGHTS
- Shifts:
- DAYS: 7am-7pm
- NIGHTS: 7pm-7am
- Clinical Information
- 5-6 Day providers
- Avg. census per provider each day:
- Goal of 15-18
- Average number of admits per provider on the night shift:
- On busy nights: 12-16
- No midlevels
- Open ICU? TBD
- Procedures required? Doubtful, but not sure yet
- Central lines/intubations required?
- Doubtful, still verifying
- Vent management required?
- Doubtful, still verifying
- APP supervision required? No
- Required
- Need minimum availability of 5+ shifts per month
- Active CA License and dedicated CA DEA
- Must be Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Prefer Clean background and malpractice
