Coverage Needed September 18, 2023 - Ongoing 1-2 Providers Accepted Schedule 1 Weekend Per Month/1 Weekend Every Other Month 9 Hour in house shift 2 Shifts per 24/hrs Clinical Details Hospitalist with OB/GYN Rounding Assigned and Unassigned Patients 9 Patients per shift (6 Day, 3 Night) Beds: 12 LDR + 3 Low intervention rooms (midwifery) Trauma Level 1 Requirements Board Certified Active MO License Will consider candidates not licensed ACLS, ATLS, BLS Support Staff # of RNs: Days average 7-9 floor nurses (plus 1 charge, 2 triage RNs), Nights average 5-6 floor nurses (plus 1 charge, 2 triage RNs) " this number drops by about 1-2 nurses on weekend due to lower case-load # of MAs: We dont have MAs, but we have OB Assistants (3 on days, 2 on nights) and Surgical Technicians (3 on days, 2 on nights) # of PA/NPs: 4 midwives that care for patients " collaborate with physicians with increased in level of care situations EMR EPIC
