Primary care providers with hospitalist experience encouraged to apply. Experienced nocturnist will see 20-25 patients. Patient load is commensurate with experience.This position can be highly lucrative for a physician. Competitive compensation structure offers a great base salary with RVUs allowing for high earning potential. It is possible to earn almost $300k in addition to your base salary due to their RVU structure.The hospital offers a 403b with an incredible match program.
