Job Description: Hospital Medicine Medical Director opportunity in Moses Lake, WA Great opportunity to Lead our local team of 5 Hospital Medicine physicians. Our physician teams deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care throughout the inpatient journey, ensuring timely decisions, coordinated treatment plans, and seamless transitions. Key Responsibilities:Provide clinical oversight for the team while building strong relationships with our hospital partner leadership.Providing inpatient care to a small, acute care hospital with an open ICU and minimal subspecialty support.Candidates must be comfortable with vent management but are not required to do procedures. Flexible Scheduling:Flexible scheduling is available. Medical Director works an average of 12 clinical shifts a month.We understand the importance of spending time with family and enjoying the outdoors. Qualifications:Board-certified/eligible in internal medicine.
