Hourly Pay Rate: $214.50

Required Skills:
- Valid Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) license
- Board certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Proven experience in obstetric hospital medicine, including inpatient care, triage, and delivery attendance
- Proficiency in emergency response within Labor and Delivery
- Ability to perform surgical assists at Cesarean sections
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced hospital setting
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience in a hospitalist or OB hospitalist program
- Familiarity with electronic health records and health information technology tools
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- At least 2 years of obstetric hospitalist experience
- Current Texas medical license or the ability to obtain one
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
Other Requirements:
- Availability to start on or after April 2, 2026
- Must comply with all hospital and state licensing requirements
- Willingness to covering OB triage, deliveries, inpatient care, ER GYN consults, and surgical assists
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and participating in community-based initiatives when possible
