Join a collaborative, physician-led inpatient team at a growing health system in Great Falls, MT. You'll practice in a modern 36 bed acute care hospital with a supportive culture, manageable patient census, and a predictable 7-on/7-off daytime schedule that promotes clinical excellence and strong work/life balance.

What you'll find here
  • Hospital-employed, full-time role with a consistent 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 7-on/7-off schedule.
  • A team-oriented environment: dedicated nocturnists, a Pulmonary/Critical Care physician, and an experienced NP who follows the same schedule.
  • Average daily census 15 patients with a typical 1:5 nursing ratio (adjusted by acuity).
  • Strong backup from Tele-ICU and tele-pulmonology plus a full complement of on-call specialists.
  • Robust EMR and efficient clinical workflows to help you focus on patient care.
  • Procedure experience is appreciated but not required.

Hospital highlights
  • 36 inpatient beds and a 10-bed open ICU
  • 8-bed Emergency Department staffed by experienced clinicians
  • 10-bed pre/post-procedure unit and 5 observation beds
  • Two cardiac cath lab suites, five ORs plus a 4 OR Surgery Center

Who we're looking for
  • MD or DO degree
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Montana medical license or eligibility to obtain one
  • Prior hospital medicine experience; procedural skills preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical problem-solving skills
