Hospitalist Physician Assistant

Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off, 8:00 AM 6:00 PM (non-negotiable)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Full-time, ongoing
Setting: In-home acute care (hospital-level care delivered at home)
Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver hospital-level care to patients at home
  
• Conduct in-home assessments and urgent interventions
  
• Collaborate with MDs, RNs, and multidisciplinary teams
  
• Order and interpret diagnostics, write orders, manage treatment
  
• Educate patients and families on illness management
  
• Ensure seamless transitions of care and reduce ER utilization
  

Requirements:

• License: CA PA license required
  
• Experience:
  
  • Minimum: 2 years PA experience in hospitalist, internal medicine, or trauma setting
    
    
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS required (reimbursed)
  
• Preferred: Acute care/trauma experience, inpatient experience
