Full-Time Othello, WA Clinic + Inpatient Care

Are you a compassionate, skilled Pediatrician looking to make a meaningful difference? We re seeking a Board-Certified Pediatrician to join a dedicated healthcare team in Othello, WA , delivering comprehensive care across both outpatient and inpatient settings. This is a rewarding opportunity to serve families while practicing full-spectrum pediatrics in a collaborative environment.
Position Overview
Provide primary, acute, and chronic care to infants, children, adolescents, and young adults. This role blends clinic responsibilities with inpatient coverage , offering variety, autonomy, and strong community impact.
Key Responsibilities Clinical Care
  • Deliver comprehensive pediatric care in clinic and hospital settings
  • Perform physical exams, developmental screenings, and diagnostic evaluations
  • Diagnose and manage a wide range of pediatric conditions
  • Prescribe medications and oversee treatment plans & continuity of care
  • Maintain accurate and compliant EMR documentation
Hospital & Call Duties
  • Maintain active hospital privileges
  • Participate in inpatient care and call rotation (including evenings, weekends, holidays)
  • Coordinate care across multidisciplinary teams
Patient & Family Engagement
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with patients and families
  • Provide education on preventive care, treatments, and medications
  • Deliver culturally responsive, patient-centered communication
Professional Contributions
  • Participate in quality improvement and peer review programs
  • Attend provider meetings and continuing medical education (CME)
  • Collaborate with clinical teams and leadership on care initiatives
  • Support training and organizational development efforts
Qualifications
Required:
  • MD or DO from an accredited institution
  • Completion of an accredited Pediatric Residency
  • Board Certification in Pediatrics
  • Active or eligible Washington State medical license
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience with EMR/EHR systems

Preferred:
  • Bilingual ( English/Spanish ) ️
  • Experience in outpatient pediatrics and/or rural healthcare
