Pay & Benefits

• Compensation: $312,000 - $438,000 annually + $25,000 Medical Director stipend

What You'll Do

• Lead OB and GYN triage, surgical procedures, and labor & delivery management
• Handle obstetric and gynecologic emergencies and inpatient consults
• Contribute to a collaborative care environment with hospital staff and community OB-GYNs
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a Level II NICU setting supported by Stanford
• Help develop workflows, clinical culture, and quality initiatives for the new program
• Support a predictable, balanced schedule with 24-hour shifts

What You Need
Required:

• Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Active CA Medical License or ability to obtain one
• 5+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and team collaboration skills

Preferred:

• Leadership experience in clinical program development
