Nocturnal Hospitalist APP Opening - Des Moines, IowaLocated in Des Moines, IAJoin a high-performing, physician-owned multi-specialty group and become part of a respected Hospitalist APP team known for autonomy, collaboration, and exceptional patient care. This full-time nocturnist role is ideal for experienced APPs who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy practicing independently while being supported by an excellent network of providers.About the Opportunity-7-on / 7-off schedule-Shift options: 4:30pm-4:30am or 6:00pm-6:00am-Perform hospital admissions across multiple specialties-Provide first call for Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Cardiology, and Hematology-Oncology-Respond to inpatient needs across the hospital-Join a physician-owned, physician-governed organization with over 280 providers-Excellent support, leadership, and a team-based cultureCompensation & Benefits-Competitive compensation-401(k) with profit-sharing retirement plan-CME support-Optional health, dental, and vision coverage-Flexible spending accountsQualifications-Master's degree required-ARNP or PA-C required-3-5 years of APP experience required-Strongly preferred: Emergency Medicine, Critical Care, or Med-Surg background-Ability to work autonomously and manage complex clinical situationsLocation HighlightsDes Moines is a vibrant Midwestern metro of more than 655,000 residents, offering an ideal balance of affordability, culture, and outdoor recreation.
