Seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a full-time Post-Acute Care opportunity in Henderson, North Carolina. Practice Highlights / Qualifications

• Full-time position (5 days per week)
• Round in skilled nursing and post-acute care facilities
• Perform patient assessments, physical exams, and ongoing care management
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams
• High level of autonomy with strong clinical support
• North Carolina NP or PA license required (or ability to obtain)
• DEA required
• Experience in post-acute, acute care, emergency medicine, or clinic settings preferred
