This hospital group in Delaware seeks Pediatric Hospitalists to join a newly employed group.

• 24/7 in-house coverage with flexible 12 to 24-hour shifts.
• Support from full-time Neonatologists and full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioners.
• Access to a well-established Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) program, including genetic counseling services.
• Opportunities to work in a Level II and Level I campus with OB/ED and OB/OR suites.
• The Level I -Well baby stabilize and transfer services. The main hospital is Level II.
• Full-time lactation services available to support breastfeeding families
• A team of experienced and stable OB hospitalists and nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
