I have a permanent, full-time opportunity for 2 Board Certified/Eligible Hospitalists in Louisiana, one Nocturnist, the other is a day shift. See details below:
Permanent, Full Time; NO In-House Call
Schedule is 7 days on / 7 days off
Procedures are optional; no vent management
BE/BC in either FM or IM; all patients are adult/geriatric
ER Physicians run codes 24/7
Open ICU with excellent critical care support 24/7
Rounding uninterrupted as morning admissions handles admissions
Surge Plan with compensation
Excellent relationship with nursing & case management
Collegial team, diverse, and accountable
Complementary meals
EMR: transitioning to Epic
Teaching opportunities with in-house Residency
Very affordable cost of living
