The role combines oversight, direct patient care, and strategic development within a dynamic hospital setting.
Required Skills:
- Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Proven leadership experience in a hospital-based setting
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with hospital staff and private physicians
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as an OB/GYN Hospitalist preferred
Education and Experience:
- Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Experience leading hospital-based OB/GYN teams
Other Requirements:
- Availability to work a minimum of 7 shifts per month (24-hour shifts)
- Ability to participate in hospital committees, quality initiatives, and program development
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and accreditation standards
- License requirements and additional certifications as applicable
