- License/Certifications: Active Texas medical license preferred
- Hours/Week: hours (based on shifts)
- Hourly Rate: $1.00/hr (estimated annual salary $292,000 assuming full schedule)

- Provide OB/GYN inpatient care, including deliveries, triage, and emergency consults
- Perform Cesarean sections and assist with surgical procedures during delivery
- Manage high-risk pregnancies in collaboration with specialists
- Perform OB triage, admissions, and inpatient management
- Respond to labor and delivery emergencies
- Collaborate with neonatologists and maternal-fetal medicine specialists in a Level II NICU
- Provide coverage for unassigned patients and assist with private call responsibilities
- Serve a busy community with a delivery volume of 1,924/year, including 96 C-section deliveries
Required:
- Board Certified or Eligible OB/GYN
- Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one
- Minimum of 2 years obstetric practice experience preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (7.5 or 5.5 shifts/month)
Preferred:
- Experience working in a hospital setting with Level II NICU support
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
