- 5-7 admits /day
- 4-6 admits /night
- 17-20 patient census
- 7 on 7 o f f
- Procedures not required, but if you are proficient, you can request privileges
- Radiology runs central lines
- Hospitalists run codes for the Hospital

- Base compensation - 300k Days / 330k Nocturnist
- Additional shift compensation shifts worked over the 14 monthly minimum
- Incentives based on WRVU s
- Quality potential - 10 % of salary (based on quality metrics)
