Medrina is a large, physician-owned practice that has been a national group for over 15 years. We are currently looking to add a Nurse Practitioner (NP), with experience in an inpatient setting, to the team in our Jupiter, FL market!

Key Responsibilities:
- Admissions focus with some rounding
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in EMR
Required Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Florida
- Active DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as an APP in an inpatient setting (internal medicine, inpatient hospitalist)
- Experience managing adult/geriatric patient populations
- Strong clinical decision-making and time management skills
- Comfortable working independently in a hospital setting
Schedule & Setting:
- 7on/7off schedule
- Day Shift: 6:00am-6:00pm
- Hospital inpatient setting
- Closed ICU
- No procedures required

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting while working with patients as well as working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- May be exposed to bloodborne pathogens, physical hazards (e.g., needle pricks, etc.) and chemical hazards.
- Must wear the required PPE per company and/or facility requirements.
- Must comply with facility vaccination requirements.
