Advanced Nurse Practitioner-NP/PA Hospitalist Opportunity
Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a tight-knit, long-standing team in a critical access hospital setting in New Hampshire Fall of 2026. Low census = more time for meaningful patient care!

Advanced Nurse Practitioner-NP/PA Hospitalist Opportunity
Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a tight-knit, long-standing team in a critical access hospital setting in New Hampshire Fall of 2026. Low census = more time for meaningful patient care!
ROLE
- Day coverage: 7 on 7 off rotation (7am-7pm);Telemedicine program from 7pm-7am
- Duties: Rounding, Admitting, Collaborating with physicians, nursing & care teams, Identifying/managing chronic medical conditions & providing continuous care to hospitalized inpatients
- Responsible for writing orders in accordance with current practice guidelines
- Prescribing medications, as necessary ; Complete Patient Charting Same Day
- Providing urgent evaluation to patients with changes in clinical status
