InCare is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Hospital Medicine team caring for patients in an inpatient acute rehabilitation setting. This is an excellent opportunity for an APP who enjoys managing medically complex patients while working closely with an interdisciplinary team to help patients recover and regain independence.
