Medical Director (Internal Medicine or PM&R) Inpatient Rehabilitation Bradenton, FL Area
- Full-time leadership and clinical role in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital
- Flexible weekday schedule with no primary night call
- Lead quality initiatives and collaborate with hospital and rehabilitation leadership
- Maintain an active clinical practice in a supportive interdisciplinary environment
- Minimum 2 years of attending experience in an inpatient rehabilitation facility required
- Structured onboarding with dedicated physician mentorship
- $316K $355K+ fee-for-service compensation plus Medical Director stipend
- Full benefits, paid malpractice with tail, PTO, CME, and 401(k)
- BC PM&R or Internal Medicine
- Florida license (or ability to obtain)
- Gulf Coast location near Bradenton, Sarasota, and Tampa with year-round outdoor recreation and no state income tax
