- Schedule: 7 Days (7:00pm - 7:00am) every 3 rd Week
- Setting: Acute Care Hospital
- Job Details:
- Provider works independently at night with an on-call physician
- Patients per day: Average 29
- Patient population/age: Adult/Geriatric (18-100)
- Department description: 26 medsurg beds, 16 CCU beds, and 10 geriatric psych beds
- Requirements: Active IN License, ACLS or BLS Required, DEA & CSR Required, Meditech Charting Experience, 2 Years of Experience Required
- Credentialing Timeline: 60 Days
- Travel: Airfare, lodging, and car rental will be covered.
