APP - Hospitalist (nights) OpportunityLocated: Midland, Michigan•Seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an established Hospital Medicine team. •Full-time employed position. •7-on/7-off schedule providing excellent work-life balance. •Night shift coverage from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. •100% inpatient practice setting. •Opportunity to work within a collaborative and supportive hospital medicine program. •Robust onboarding and training program designed to support a successful transition into the role. •New graduates are encouraged to apply; prior inpatient experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities:•Facilitate and coordinate inpatient admissions. •Respond to and manage floor calls. •Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary care teams to provide high-quality patient care. •Participate in the ongoing management of hospitalized patients. Qualifications:•Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program. •Current or eligible state licensure. •AHA-approved Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. •AHA-approved Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification. •Strong communication, clinical decision-making, and teamwork skills.
