Internal Medicine Residency Program | Scottsdale & Phoenix, Arizona

HonorHealth and Arizona State University John Shufeldt School of Medicine and Medical Engineering are seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join our residency program as an Associate Program Director (APD).

This is a unique opportunity to combine hospital medicine, resident education, and POCUS leadership while helping train the next generation of physicians.

Highlights

• Associate Program Director leadership opportunity
• Approximately 8 hospitalist shifts per month
• Lead and expand the residency POCUS curriculum
• Teach and mentor residents and medical students
• Faculty appointment with Arizona State University School of Medicine and Advanced Medical Engineering
• Protected time for academic and leadership responsibilities
• Scottsdale/Phoenix, Arizona

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine
• Eligible for Arizona licensure
• Hospital medicine experience preferred
• POCUS experience strongly preferred
• Passion for teaching and mentorship
