Physician / Urology / Arkansas / Permanent / Acute Care Urology Hospitalist Northeast AR High Volume

Seeking a BC/BE Urologist to join a high-acuity, inpatient-focused urology role in Northeast Arkansas with advanced robotics, predictable scheduling, and minimal outpatient responsibilities.

Position Highlights:

• Dedicated acute care hospitalist model covering inpatients and ER consults with operative management of urgent and emergent urologic cases
• Minimal outpatient clinic responsibilities and approximately shifts per month with structured block scheduling
• Single-hospital coverage no satellite travel, no split coverage
• Work with five da Vinci robotic systems, including the latest da Vinci X Efficient platform, in Arkansas largest robotic surgery program
• High surgical volume with dedicated OR access, experienced robotic teams, and modern state-of-the-art facilities
• Established, high-volume urology service line with strong hospitalist and specialty backup
• Stable referral base serving Northeast Arkansas and physician-led leadership support
