Hospitalist Physician

Academic Hospitalist Full-Time Victorville, CA

• Hospital-based position combining patient care with academic responsibilities in a resident teaching environment
• Opportunity to work closely with Internal Medicine residents and contribute to a growing residency program
• Will sponsor J1 waiver

Schedule & Structure

• Monday"Friday schedule (8AM"5PM) + 1 weekend per month
• Day shift hospitalist role
• Open ICU environment
• Will round with residents and serve as core faculty for Internal Medicine Residency Program
• Some primary care coverage required (preferred)
• Procedures preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starting at $275,000/year with semi-annual production bonus

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine
• California medical license or ability to obtain
• Commitment to resident education and academic medicine
• Strong communication and leadership skills
