Local Team Collaboration:
- Join our close-knit team of 19 physicians at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
- We collaborate with other hospital departments to ensure seamless care transitions and actively participate in community health initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Board-certified/eligible in internal medicine.
- New graduates, residents, and fellows are welcome to apply.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Demonstrates strong communication skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively with PCPs, specialists, patients, and families to ensure coordinated care and high patient satisfaction.
- Is business-minded, with an interest in learning and understanding the operational and financial aspects of a private practice hospitalist model.
- Has excellent documentation skills.
- Are flexible, open to feedback, and willing to embrace our approach to patient care and practice operations.
Scheduling:
- Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation.
- Work primarily day shifts, with approximately 2-3 night shifts per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procedures are not required.
- Our hospitalist team is trained in basic life support and advanced cardiovascular life support, participating in rapid response and code teams.
- We use EPIC and have access to Sound's informatics platform.

Rewards and Compensation:
- Expected annual 1099 compensation for the first year is $220k-$240k.
