Pediatric Hospitalist Physician Locums Job Ocala, Florida
Jackson and Coker is partnering with a Florida healthcare system that is building its Pediatric Hospitalist provider pool in preparation for a brand-new program launching in January 2027. Coverage begins October 1, 2026, with a strong need for providers interested in night shifts. If you're looking for flexible scheduling and the opportunity to help shape a growing pediatric program in one of Florida's most desirable locations, we'd love to connect with you!
Details/Requirements:
Start Date: October 1, 2026
Location: Ocala, Florida
Schedule: Flexible Day and Night Shifts
Days: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Nights: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Priority Need)
Pediatric floor coverage only
Average daily census: 8-15 patients
EMR: Epic
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
Pediatric Hospitalist experience preferred
Comfortable managing inpatient pediatric patients
