We're a growing, hospital-employed team in Great Falls, MT looking for a Board Certified or Board Eligible nocturnist to join a collaborative, well-respected hospitalist program. Schedule & Team
- Full-time hospital-employed position with a 15 on / 15 off nocturnist schedule (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- You'll work alongside a dedicated nocturnist partner and a Pulmonary/Critical Care physician.
- Telemedicine Critical Care/Pulmonology and on-call specialists provide additional backup.
- The day team consists of two physicians and two nurse practitioners, with an average hospitalist daily census of about 15 patients.
- Typical nursing ratio is 1:5, adjusted for patient acuity.
- Procedure experience is preferred but not required.
Hospital & Clinical Resources
- 36-bed acute care hospital with full specialty backup and a 10-bed open ICU.
- Two catheterization labs with an 8-bed pre/post-procedure unit.
- Five operating rooms plus a four-room ambulatory surgery center and five dedicated observation beds.
- Eight-bed Emergency Department staffed by experienced, responsive clinicians.
- Access to advanced diagnostics, technology, and telemedicine support.

Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Montana.
- Comfort with hospital procedures is preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care and effective teamwork.
