Job Details
Join our team as a Per Diem Hospitalist in Littleton, NH, providing inpatient coverage for staff PTO, FMLA, and vacation. This hospital-based role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Opportunities to pick up additional days or shifts in Urgent Care are available.
Compensation:
$120-$130+ per hour, commensurate with experience.

Compensation:
$120-$130+ per hour, commensurate with experience.
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive inpatient care: evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
- Coordinate with specialists, nursing, case management, and ancillary services to optimize patient outcomes.
- Lead and support discharge planning to ensure safe transitions of care.
- Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation in compliance with hospital policies.
- Cover scheduled vacation and leave shifts as needed.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Minimum two years of hospitalist or inpatient experience preferred.
- Valid DEA registration.
- Active New Hampshire medical license or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
